Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy, progress, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Deliver support and training to staff on speech and language best practices
