Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery strategies
- Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with families, educators, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Counsel families and educators on effective communication strategies
