Key Qualifications:

- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support each student’s IEP goals and educational success
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
- May participate in teletherapy services as needed to support student access
