Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP required)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation
- Willingness and ability to supervise SLPAs onsite
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs across the district
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs working within the district
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
- Attend relevant meetings and participate in student support initiatives
