What You’ll Bring:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the Georgia Speech Pathology Board
- Professional Certificate from GaPSC in compliance with GaPSC Rule 505-2.148
- Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting
- Eligibility for Educator Credential in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Proficiency utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K–12 students in a virtual format
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain compliance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with families and school staff to foster students’ growth
- Document sessions, progress notes, and participate in IEP and team meetings as needed
- Provide timely support and respond to student/caregiver inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance per district and state guidelines
