School-Based SLP | Bonita Springs, Florida
Step into a rewarding role delivering speech-language services within a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows, offering built-in supervision for those beginning their careers. Work on-site (virtual options are not available), with full-time and part-time schedules totaling 7–35 hours per week and multiple school locations available to fit your preferences.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP Licensure
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow status (supervision available for CFs)
- Experience with K–12 students preferred, but open to new graduates
- Capability to travel to varying school sites as assigned
- Willingness to complete all credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and obtaining a JLA badge if needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role highlights:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Manage a diverse caseload across multiple campuses in Naples and Immokalee—sites can be combined to achieve a full-time schedule
- Full-time and part-time options available, with flexibility in location and schedule
