Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: California (Remote)
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K–12 (varies by district)
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour (DOE)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to students across California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a general K–12 caseload through a secure teletherapy platform.
Position Overview:
The SLP will deliver comprehensive speech and language services in a virtual school setting. Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, direct therapy, and collaboration with school teams—all conducted remotely.
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K–12 students
Conduct assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement IEP goals and services
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in virtual IEP meetings
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Prior teletherapy experience is a plus
Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
Strong communication and organizational skills
