Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fort Dodge, IA

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience working with pediatric clients, ideally within school or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teamwork
- Ability to design engaging therapy plans that address diverse student needs
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms if required
- Compassionate, resourceful, and adaptable approach to student care
- Strong documentation and caseload management abilities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
What You’ll Do:
- Administer comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments
- Create and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
- Deliver therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and support to classroom staff as needed
