Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Webster City, IA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; accepting strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based services
- Skilled in providing teletherapy on various platforms
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices in educational settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to annual IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement effective therapy strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state policies
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy as required
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
