- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology-driven interventions
- Knowledge of assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop personalized therapy plans and goals aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy through both in-person and teletherapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain organized records, data tracking, and timely documentation
- Attend virtual or onsite team meetings as needed
- Provide mentorship and support to CFY candidates, if applicable
