Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Ankeny, IA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellowship or Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Active state SLP licensure
- Pediatric and schools-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in educational settings
Your responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of pediatric students
- Evaluate, screen, and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and generate progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input into goal setting and student progress
