Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based SLP services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with communication, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic environment, using evidence-based practices to help students reach their communication goals
