Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Experience collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Skills in conducting evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong understanding of a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for students referred for speech-language services
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Track and document student progress using school-approved data systems
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations and timelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team initiatives
