Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active professional state licensure in speech-language pathology (CF or CCC accepted)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings supporting children of various ages
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple campuses within the same geographic area
- Completion of all required credentialing documents, including fingerprint clearance and drug screening
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, with caseloads that may include all ages in Hazelwood and Jennings, and primarily elementary in Ferguson Florissant
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required by the district and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success teams as needed
- Travel between assigned schools within a compact area, with minimal commute requirements
Position Details:
- Full-time contract: August 24, 2026 – May 28, 2027 (dates subject to district schedules)
- 37.5 hours per week, regular school day hours
- Minimal travel between multiple campuses localized in the same region
