You’ll be instrumental in helping approximately 60 elementary-aged students reach their communication goals, using your clinical expertise to make a difference every day. The role is full-time, but scheduling can be flexible to accommodate your needs. While a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure (Michigan or eligibility)
- Preference for CCC-SLP; strong CFs considered
- Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to student support and growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across two sites
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all learners
- Participate in team meetings and communicate progress effectively
