Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Flemington, NJ

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active New Jersey SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations beneficial
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
- Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Support IEP development, attend meetings, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of a K-12 caseload
