Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of services, assessments, and progress reports
  • Participate in meetings such as IEPs to discuss student performance and goals

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence - CCC) required
  • Experience working with school-age children, preferably K-12
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and school-based practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
