- Eagerness to work on campus as this is an in-person only position
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for students from diverse backgrounds
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for students
- Develop individualized intervention plans and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and consultation to support classroom integration of communication strategies
