What We’re Looking For:
- Active state licensure/certification as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience in K-8 educational settings preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage an itinerant caseload
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations within the assignment area
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech/language therapy services to K-8 students across three schools
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Work closely with teachers, intervention teams, and families to foster consistent support and goal achievement
- Document progress, complete required paperwork, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in professional learning and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
