ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist and a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based, contracted position near Fillmore, IN for the 26/27 school semester. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators, while serving a diverse caseload of 75-85 students across two school sites. The assignment begins July 31, 2026 and continues through May 31, 2027, giving you the chance to form lasting connections with students and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Indiana DOE Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred (may supervise SLPAs)
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP practice with K-12 students
- Comfort working with a varied caseload and engaging with students of all abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services as expected in a school setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and contribute to IEP development
- May provide supervision and mentorship to SLPAs as needed
- Travel between two nearby school sites as part of weekly schedule
