Passionate about supporting students’ communication needs? This contract opportunity is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) interested in making a meaningful impact in an educational setting near Lompoc and Solvang, CA. As an onsite SLP, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of students, providing tailored interventions and participating in collaborative school teams.

Ideal candidates hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and are comfortable working with pediatric populations in both individual and group settings. Candidates must have, or be eligible for, the required CTC credential to support school-based practice.

Key Qualifications:
• Current California SLP license and CTC credential (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC or SLP-CFY candidates considered
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and goal writing
• Proficient in teletherapy and in-person service delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to children onsite
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state/district requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and educational staff
• Promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment
