Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Department of Education SLP licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, as the position may involve supervising SLPA
- Previous experience with school-aged students is a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic, diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans addressing students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to evaluation and planning processes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support student progress
- Offer guidance and potential supervision for SLPA, if required
- Actively engage with staff at both assigned school sites to ensure seamless service delivery
