Speech Language Pathologist in Fernandina Beach, FL

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings advantageous
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and teamwork
- Ability to successfully manage caseloads of varying size and complexity
- Flexible approach for working with students of all abilities, including those with low-incidence needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop, implement, and track personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure thorough documentation
- Deliver engaging, effective on-site therapy sessions
- Address both transitional and ongoing student needs
