Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Federal Way, Washington

Qualifications:
- Holds a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision is valued
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting preferred
- CCC-SLP credential or eligibility highly desirable
- Active Medicaid provider number and up-to-date CAQH profile
- Credentialed with insurance companies (or ability to obtain credentials)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s academic and social growth
- Track progress, prepare detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Adapt interventions to best serve diverse learners within school environments
