Qualifications:

  • Holds a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision is valued
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting preferred
  • CCC-SLP credential or eligibility highly desirable
  • Active Medicaid provider number and up-to-date CAQH profile
  • Credentialed with insurance companies (or ability to obtain credentials)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s academic and social growth
  • Track progress, prepare detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Adapt interventions to best serve diverse learners within school environments
