Desired qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC or eligibility as an SLP-CF
  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Relevant state licensure or ability to obtain one
  • Previous school-based experience or strong interest in supporting K-12 students
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to embrace flexible travel assignments and adapt to diverse educational teams

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to promote student success
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students in both individual and group settings with evidence-based interventions
  • Remain up-to-date on best practices in the field and participate in ongoing professional development
