Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain before the start date)
- ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in professional development and team meetings
- A proactive, flexible attitude—particularly valuable for travel roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families for student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Assist with progress monitoring, eligibility meetings, and ongoing evaluations
