Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience (or strong interest) in working with elementary students
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Position Overview:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with general/special education teachers, families, and staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
  • Provide consultation and support for staff and parents regarding student needs
