Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - VA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Roanoke, VA, serving a K-12 student population with varied caseload options. This role is on-site, providing hands-on support and intervention within a school environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapies for students with communication disorders. Collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals ensures effective intervention strategies and student progress.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with either CCC, CFY, or school licensure.
- Experience or interest in telespeech services is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication development and educational success.
This position requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The setting is on-site with no travel or vocational assignments expected. Two openings are available, offering the opportunity to impact children’s academic and social achievement through tailored speech-language support.
