School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fairfield, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active California SLP License needed
- ASHA CCCs strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) may also be considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and foster an inclusive classroom climate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all students, including progress reports and IEP participation
- Stay current with best practices and participate in professional development opportunities
