Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in WA
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This role is based in Seattle, WA, and involves delivering remote speech therapy through a comprehensive virtual platform designed to support contractor success.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and engaging students through interactive learning materials. Utilizing the virtual platform, communication and therapy sessions will be facilitated via a Zoom Pro account, ensuring effective and seamless telepractice. Collaboration with clinical and technical support teams will be essential to address any challenges and to optimize therapy outcomes.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP license and certification to provide speech therapy services
- Proven experience in telespeech or telepractice environments within school settings
- Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and interactive educational resources
- Strong skills in managing virtual sessions using platforms such as Zoom Pro
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for remote delivery and diverse student needs
