Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with school-age populations (elementary to high school)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous school-based experience highly valued
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Knowledge of a range of communication disorders and evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students of varying ages and abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
