Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in Washington State (required)
- Active or pending Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential will be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language support to elementary-aged students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff for optimal student outcomes
- Contribute to documentation, progress monitoring, and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with state and district regulatory standards
- Engage students with creative, evidence-based therapeutic activities
