Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Quincy, WA
Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time role, with two immediate openings available, offering 37.5 hours per week. You'll make a meaningful impact by fostering communication skills that empower students in and out of the classroom.
Ideal candidates possess:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and collaborative practice
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and screenings to identify communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal setting
- Offering support and guidance to families and educators to enhance student success
This contract spans the full school year, from August 2026 through June 2027. You'll engage in meaningful work with students eager to grow and learn.
