Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seattle, WA

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (Washington State or eligible)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to candidates completing CFY
- Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, with prior school-based experience highly valued
- Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative spirit to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify the speech and language needs of students, developing individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support students’ progress
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
- Educate school staff and families on strategies for supporting communication in the classroom and at home
