Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Evanston, IL

Two distinct roles are available: One Speech-Language Pathologist will manage a diverse Upper School caseload, providing a blend of direct and consultative services to approximately 12 students. The second SLP role focuses on clinical fellowship (CF) supervision, guiding and supporting an emerging SLP’s professional growth, all within a collaborative school environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desirable
- Prior experience working in schools or pediatric healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering student success and supporting team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, intervention, and documentation for a dynamic school-aged caseload
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students with various communication challenges
- Serve as a supervising SLP for a clinical fellow, offering feedback and mentorship
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain compliance with IEP and state reporting requirements
