Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Eugene, OR

You’ll split your time between two exceptional programs, offering direct support to students in life skills curricula and making a true impact in both their academic and personal growth.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification
- Experience working within school settings and familiarity with special education populations
- Background in feeding and swallowing (safe eating) protocols, as well as proficiency with AAC devices
- Strong collaborative skills for multidisciplinary teamwork, with the ability to work independently while accessing virtual and on-site support
- Compassionate, flexible, and patient-focused approach to serving diverse student needs
Role Highlights & Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide SLP services for a caseload of approximately 33 students, supporting individualized life skills programming
- Alternate weekly assignments between two campuses: one specializing in special education and the other focused on socialization and behavior support
- Collaborate with SPED, paraprofessional staff, and assistants to ensure comprehensive student care and support
- Address a range of communication, feeding, behavioral, and self-advocacy goals, particularly for students with complex needs
- Utilize your expertise to develop, implement, and document therapy interventions and progress
- Participate in ongoing SLP team support virtually and monthly, benefiting from a caring, experienced peer group
This full-time, 40-hour per week contract begins in late August 2026 and continues through mid-June 2027, providing a consistent, rewarding schedule across multiple sites in the Eugene, OR area.
