Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-5th grade students in a school setting
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for verification)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
