Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent required
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting favored, but not required
- IEP experience and AAC device familiarity are pluses
- If considering remote work, prior teletherapy experience is necessary
Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in individual or group sessions, adapting to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and detailed records, including progress notes and reports
