Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants are also welcome
- Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in PreK–8th grade across multiple campuses
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Participate in student support meetings and help develop educational plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation to comply with school and state guidelines
- Educate and consult with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure student success
