An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in El Cajon, CA. This position is offered at an elementary school setting with some middle school students served as well. The role is full-semester contract based, with flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours, providing a tailored work schedule between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to elementary and some middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services.
- Ability to work across 1-2 school sites.
- No SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) or Voco applicants accepted for this role.
- Prior experience or interest in teletherapy is a plus but not mandatory.
