  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and relevant certifications (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation in compliance with guidelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable and proactive in meeting student goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans aligned with educational and IEP requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to provide strategies that enhance student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
  • Support students across a variety of needs including articulation, fluency, voice, and language
