This contract opportunity starts August 11, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week at Little Raven Elementary. The caseload will be determined based on student needs and your background. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold or be eligible for Colorado licensure as an SLP (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) or as an SLPA
- Clinical experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and students
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, in accordance with IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, participate in eligibility determination, and develop IEPs
- Collaborate with both general and special education teachers to support student learning
- Communicate progress with families and educational staff
- Maintain accurate records and comply with federal and state regulations
