Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, child-centered approach
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on evaluation results
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and school-wide initiatives
