Part-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Texas | 2026-2027 School Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time school-based opportunity in Texas for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule within a supportive educational environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based clinicians, as well as SLPs looking to transition from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital settings into the school system.
Position Details
Part-time opportunity
August 2026 - June 2027
Onsite position, multi-grade caseload
Flexible schedule based on district needs
Caseload and school assignment discussed during interview
Supportive district and collaborative therapy team
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication and academic success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Texas SLP license
Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or medical settings
