School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Englewood, Colorado
Step into a rewarding opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time, onsite contract position supports students across varied assignments and age groups within the vibrant Denver area. You'll collaborate with dedicated teams to help children reach their full communicative potential.
Your week will consist of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday, working closely with a flexible caseload ranging from 25 to 45 students. District support extends to allowing attendance and billing for Professional Development days, enriching both your practice and professional growth. Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Colorado Department of Education Certification
- Maintain a valid Colorado SLP License
- Ready to complete background check and fingerprinting prior to the start date
- Open to Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants if supervision is available
- Commitment to onsite services—remote work is not available for this role
- Please note: SLPA applicants are not eligible
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to assigned students
- Assess, identify, and create individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough, timely documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development sponsored by the district
