Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Englewood, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and eligibility for practice in Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Specialized experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress reporting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, caregivers, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently, adapt to changing needs, and work with diverse populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapy to K-12 students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress notes
- Communicate regularly with families and educational staff regarding student progress
- Support inclusion and accessibility through staff training and classroom strategies
- Participate in intervention planning meetings and contribute to positive school culture
