Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with providing services in diverse educational settings (public, private, and nonpublic schools) is preferred
- Enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments for preschool, private school, and nonpublic school students
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes
- Document evaluations, progress, and services in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and related school functions as needed
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for early learners
Compensation for this part-time contract role ranges from $55 to $75 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
