Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Maryland SLP license required.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a part-time schedule and commute to private school locations as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in a private school setting.
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
- Provide recommendations and resources to educators and families to facilitate effective communication strategies both inside and outside of the classroom.
