Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings, fostering progress toward student goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to student IEPs and educational planning
- Consult and provide resources for teachers and parents to support carryover of therapy goals
