Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Maryland
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) with appropriate credentials are also encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience is ideal
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites (candidates must provide their ZIP code during application)
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Available for full-time, onsite work; remote work is not available for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students, as required
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in a school setting
- Deliver evidence-based direct therapy and consultative services
- Document progress to support student learning and compliance with school requirements
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and parent consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple schools to support student needs
