Work closely with a caseload of approximately 55 contacts per week, collaborating with educators and families to foster student success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Compassionate, flexible, and organized approach to service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and services
- Participate in student support meetings, team conferences, and professional development
- Provide both small group and individual interventions tailored to diverse needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
