Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elk River, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota SLP license (must be submitted with resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience with early childhood populations and school-based services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for fostering growth in preschool-aged children
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of ECSE students aged 3-5
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation

- Communicate progress and recommendations to parents, teachers, and staff
- Contribute expertise to early intervention strategies and program development
